All of your team’s work, in a single app.
Email, chat, video calls, calendar, files, documents, projects and e-signature: Confort Cloud brings your everyday tools together on a server your company controls, with an app for Windows and Mac.
- One account per person
- Windows, Intel Macs and Apple silicon
- Built on open-source software

Your team’s conversations, calls and meetings in one place, without switching tools.
Files, co-authored documents, notes, projects and tasks, all linked together.
Your data on your server, accounts managed by your administrators, your rules.
The suite
Thirteen sections, one sidebar
Every section is a screen of the app, built for speed: whatever has already loaded appears instantly, then refreshes.
Chat
Team channels and direct messages, shared files, voice messages, reactions, read receipts. One-to-one conversations can be made confidential: they are then encrypted on your devices.
Calendar and tasks
Week and month views, recurring meetings, guests, reminders, a call link created with each meeting. Tasks and project cards with a due date end up in a single list.
Files
Previews for PDFs, images and videos, favorites, trash, share links, move and copy. On Windows, a Confort Cloud folder appears in File Explorer, with files on demand.
Docs, notes and wikis
Text documents, spreadsheets and presentations that several people can edit at once, personal notes saved as you type, team documentation pages.
Contacts
Your company directory and your own address book. From any name in the app: email, chat, call or schedule a meeting.
Calls and meetings
Calls ring wherever you are
Audio and video calls happen inside the app, no browser needed. If the window is open, the call shows up there; if it’s closed or minimized, a small window pops up in the bottom-right corner, on top of your other apps.
- Speaker or grid view, raised hand, reactions, speaking indicator
- Share your whole screen or a single window
- Waiting room to check your mic and camera before joining
- Chat and participant list during the call
- Reminder five minutes before every meeting, with a “Join” button

Projects
A board that follows the work, not the other way around
Every project is a board of columns and cards you move around with the mouse. Each card holds everything needed to move forward, and saves as you type.
- Due date, labels, people, checklist, comments, attachments
- Kanban and List views, filters, overdue cards highlighted
- “My work”: your cards from every project, sorted by urgency
- Three roles per project: viewer, editor, manager
- A notification as soon as a card is assigned to you
Only project members can see a project, just like chat channels.
E-signature
Sign a document, or get it signed
Two distinct uses, so a signature placed on a page is never confused with a signature that stands as proof.
Your signature, in three steps
Pick a PDF, place your signature and initials on the pages, and you’re done. The original is never modified: a signed copy is created next to it. Your drawn signature stays on your computer.
Multiple signers, with a certificate
Send the document to a list of signers, colleagues or outside parties, all at once or in a set order. You see who has signed, send reminders, and everyone can verify the final document on a validation page.
Administration
Onboard a colleague without leaving the app
Administrators manage accounts from their own computer: creation, groups, storage quota, deactivation when someone leaves. The new user receives an email to choose their own password.
- Group administrators: a department head manages their team’s accounts, and only those
- Deactivate rather than delete: access is cut off, files are kept
- The section only appears for people who are allowed to use it

One tool
Seven fewer subscriptions
Confort Cloud covers what most companies pay for today as separate services, each with its own account, its own invoice and its data somewhere else.
- Mailinstead ofOutlook, Gmail
- Chatinstead ofTeams, Slack, WhatsApp
- Calls and meetingsinstead ofZoom, Meet
- Filesinstead ofDrive, Dropbox
- Documentsinstead ofOffice Online, Google Docs
- Projectsinstead ofTrello, Planner
- E-signatureinstead ofDocuSign, Yousign
The brands mentioned belong to their respective owners. They are a point of reference, not a feature-for-feature equivalence.
Your data
Your data stays yours
We’d rather say exactly what the suite guarantees, and what it doesn’t.
Your own server
Confort Cloud runs on a server dedicated to your company. Your files, messages and calendars are stored there, not with a third-party vendor.
Open standards
The suite relies on open formats: WebDAV for files, CalDAV for calendars, CardDAV for contacts. You can take your data with you at any time.
Encryption, explained
All traffic goes over HTTPS. Confidential conversations are also encrypted end to end between the two devices; this protection holds once both people have compared their security code.
A clean computer
Your credentials are encrypted by the operating system (macOS Keychain, Windows Data Protection). When you sign out, everything the app had stored is erased.
The app contains no ads and no analytics, and loads nothing from outside your server and this release page.
How it works
From first demo to everyday use
- 1
Demo
We start from your situation: current email, number of users, constraints.
- 2
Server setup
Installation, domain name, your company colors, first accounts and groups.
- 3
Data migration
Files, calendars and contacts are moved in batches, starting with a pilot team.
- 4
Rolling out to computers
One installer for Windows, one for Mac. People enter their username and everything else is ready.
- 5
Ongoing support
Hands-on training with your teams, then support and updates.
The app
Download Confort Cloud
The app connects to your company’s server: you need an account to use it. Windows 10 or 11 64-bit, macOS 11 or later.
On Mac, in one command: open Terminal, paste this line and press Return. The right version is detected, verified, installed in Applications and launched.
curl -fsSL https://cloud.conforts.net/install.sh | shWhich Mac do you have? Apple menu › “About This Mac”: a “Chip” line means Apple silicon, a “Processor” line means Intel.
Already installed? It updates itself
The app checks this same release page. As soon as a new version is published, it offers it within six hours, or right away from Settings › This computer › “Check for updates”. The download happens inside the app, the file is verified, then “Quit and install” finishes in a few seconds. “Later” installs it the next time you quit.
Verify a downloaded file
Every installer is published with its SHA-256 checksum. The app verifies it on its own; for a manual download, compare it: on Mac shasum -a 256 file, on Windows certutil -hashfile file SHA256.

FAQ
What people ask us most
Do I need a web browser to use Confort Cloud?
No. The app covers day-to-day work. Your data remains accessible from a browser when you’re away from your computer.
Can we keep our email addresses?
Yes. The app connects to your existing email service: your addresses and domain name stay the same.
How does the app update?
It checks this release page at startup and then every six hours. When a newer version is published, it offers it to you along with what’s new: the download happens inside the app, the file is verified against its checksum, then “Quit and install” relaunches the new version. You can also postpone: the update then installs when you quit.
Will I see a warning during installation?
On Mac, the app is signed by PIXPAY SA and notarized by Apple: it opens without any warning. On Windows, the installer isn’t signed yet: on first launch, SmartScreen may show “Windows protected your PC”; click “More info”, then “Run anyway”. If in doubt, compare the SHA-256 checksum published above.
What happens when an employee leaves?
Their account is deactivated from the Accounts section: they can no longer sign in, and their files remain available to the company.
Are signatures legally binding?
A drawn signature placed on a PDF is an image, convenient for everyday documents. Multi-party signing relies on a certificate and a validation page that every signer can check. For a specific legal act, ask your legal counsel to confirm the level required.
Does the app work offline?
It shows what it has already loaded, but sending messages, calls and saving require a connection to the server.
