What this website does with your data

Very little, and we list all of it.

This website

• No advertising cookies, no trackers, no third-party services. Pages, images and scripts are served by cloud.conforts.net; nothing is loaded from anywhere else.
• A single preference cookie remembers the language you chose with the FR / EN switch. It contains nothing else.
• The server keeps technical logs (IP address, page requested, date, browser) for a limited time, for security and troubleshooting. They are not used to build profiles.
• Highlighting the installer “for this computer” happens in your browser; nothing is sent.
• The administration area, reserved for the publisher, uses a session cookie strictly required to sign in.

The Confort Cloud app

• The app talks to your company’s server. Your messages, files, calendars and contacts are stored there; PIXPAY SA has no access to them, except as part of support you request.
• To stay up to date, the app checks cloud.conforts.net/update/latest.json at startup and then every six hours, and downloads the installer from the same place when you accept. These requests carry no username and no content: only the IP address and the system version appear in the server logs.
• The Mac installation script makes the same requests, once.
• The app contains no ads and no analytics.

If you write to us

An email to contact@conforts.net is kept for as long as needed to reply and follow up. We don’t share your address with third parties and don’t add it to any mailing list.

To access, correct or delete data about you, write to contact@conforts.net. We reply within one month.
